Led by acclaimed winemaker Dana Epperson, Decoy Limited highlights her favorite selections from California’s most celebrated appellations. Introduced in 2018, this collection furthers the Decoy mission of making exceptional wines accessible—now with an elevated focus on regional expression and craftsmanship.

Alexander Valley

Dana’s top choice for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot—known for bold structure, deep intensity, and rustic charm. Our estate vineyards, Brownell (valley floor) and Ridgeline (high-elevation), thrive here.

Sonoma Coast

Vineyards in the Russian River Valley, Carneros, and Petaluma Gap offer the ideal balance of concentrated flavors and vibrant acidity. The Running Creek estate vineyard is at the heart of our Sonoma Coast wines.

Paso Robles

A rugged, emerging favorite for powerful, complex Cabernet Sauvignons. Decoy’s vineyard in San Miguel, one of Paso’s distinct sub-AVAs, provides a diverse and expressive palette for blending.

Founded in 1985, Decoy is known for producing approachable, high-quality wines from premium vineyard sources, including our own Ridgeline and Brownell estate vineyards.
